Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, BISTI collects your name, email, optional organization, inquiry type, message, and your permission to contact you about that request. Please do not send identification documents, financial records, scripts, or other confidential materials through the form.

How it is used

Information is used to review and respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, consider sharing selected materials. A submission does not subscribe you to marketing or grant private-document access.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored in the site’s protected database, hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. The inquiry inbox is restricted to BISTI’s designated owner. When email notifications are configured, Resend processes the notification delivery. Private documents, when separately approved for sharing, are handled through Google Drive.

Owner document review

The owner-only review workspace stores imported text and table extracts, original-source references and fingerprints, private review notes, preparation status, and change history in the protected site database. These extracts are separate from the original files. Updating a review does not share a document or grant document access.

Private review materials

If you register your signed-in account for a document review, the site stores the account identifier, account name, email, consent and request time. It records individual access grants, their expiry and revocation, exact document versions, and requests to open documents. Account email is contact information; access follows the signed-in account identifier. The owner also records written clearance references privately. Google Drive applies its own permissions when a file is opened; portal access changes do not change Drive sharing.

Operational safeguards

The site records submission time, consent, and review and notification status. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Your choices

Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry by contacting info@bististudios.com. Records are retained while relevant to the conversation and business recordkeeping; you may request deletion. No third-party advertising or marketing analytics are installed on this version of the site.

Public site and private materials

The studio website is public. The owner review workspace, development materials, and individually restricted document collection remain protected. Changes to how inquiries and private materials are handled will be reflected in this notice.
