Our name references the Bisti/De-Na-Zin landscape. We approach the region, its communities, and its stories with care, specificity, and accountability.
Distance, work, weather, money, and local relationships shape the choices our characters face. Horror, thrillers, science fiction, and crime drama let us explore what people protect, what they inherit, and what their choices cost.

Shawn-Caulin
Young.
Bringing the experience home.
Shawn-Caulin Young grew up in Farmington and graduated from Piedra Vista High School. His connection to the Four Corners comes from knowing its land, its people, and the everyday stories that rarely reach a screen.
His work as an actor, writer, director, producer, and educator informs BISTI’s approach. He is bringing that experience home, with the ambition to open doors for emerging actors, crew, and storytellers of every background.
His goal is work that builds lasting skills and creative careers in the region, so emerging storytellers can see a future in the industry without having to leave home to begin.
